If you are a Say Yes to the Dress fan, you may have seen the glacier wedding episode on January 13. In case your were wondering – YES! That was a Pearson’s Pond wedding!
We were so excited when Say Yes contacted us about the possibility of shooting a glacier wedding and ecstatic when we connected with Val and Jack. They had surmounted so many challenges and were so in love with each other and with Alaska. They were our perfect couple for the Say Yes glacier wedding!
Val and Jack decided on a complete weddingmoon at Pearson’s Pond Luxury Inn and Adventure Spa. The wedding was scheduled right in the middle of their week-long visit, but we had so much rain that week, the helicopter had to weather-cancel the trip on the big day. We were all heartbroken!
Fortunately, with our friends at Northstar Helicopters, we were able to reschedule the next day and the wedding went off without a hitch!
