• Open Year Round - Hours: Check-in by appointment, please. Rooms ready after 3 p.m. Check-out time 11 a.m. Bag storage available.

• Minimum stay: Two consecutive nights May through September or add $100 single night surcharge. No minimum stay applies from September 16 to May 14.

• Tax and Gratuity: Add 17% combined room/sales tax, fees & optional gratuity, waived on stays of 30 days or more. Currency: Rates are in U.S. dollars. Major credit cards accepted. .

• Extra persons: $50 fee applies. Children: The serene environment appeals to adults. Children under 12 allowed at the inn only when you book 5 rooms. Non-Smoking and Pet-Free Facility

• Room Assignments: Room assignments within each room category are made on arrival based on availability.

• Retail Rates: 2009: Premium Demi-Suite: $525 per room, double occupancy: Deluxe Studio: $425 per room, double occupancy; Off-site Condos: $325 per unit, double occupancy

• Special Rates: 2009: Listed on our rates page... Discounts are not combinable. Discounts 20+% are Self-Serviced, Self-Catered (no food or service, etc). Ask about 2% discount for payment in full at time of reservations for stays more than 120 days in the future. (Fedroom, per diem and self-catered rates rates are self-serviced/self-catered, with cafeteria style pricing for certain amenities.)

• Concierge, trip planning, tour booking, special occasion arrangements, and individualized packages available.

• Condo Policies vary as follows : Condos have minimum 15 night stay; though if still available within 30 days of arrival, they may be booked for 7 to 14 nights via phone. $100 cleaning fee applies to condo upon departure, unless waived on extended monthly stays. Condo rentals are always self-serviced and self-catered (no food, self-clean, no service, un-hosted, etc.). Condos are located 15 minutes from the inn.

• Reservation prepayment deposit and guarantee: Required at time of reservation; equal to first night at inn, or $500 at condo or wedding dates. Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (90 days for stays longer than 14 nights or entire inn)

• Cancellation or change notice required. Please tell us of any possible changes or cancellations ASAP, as it is difficult to rebook on less than 90 days notice. Travel insurance is strongly suggested (available on the web or from your local agent, and may cover a variety of maladies from illness, death, transportation, employment, natural disasters or other issues).

Cancellation/change notice must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to arrival (90 days if reserving the entire resort) and will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Amounts are non-refundable less than 30 days prior to arrival. By making the reservation, you agree to these terms. Trip insurance is recommended.

For tours, massages or other requested arrangements made on your behalf have the same cancellation notice, times and fees applying. At a minimum, no refunds and full payment is due for tours or services for date changes or cancellations made within 30 days of event, with additional tour supplier cancel policies and fees prevailing if greater than those stated herein.

If a pre-booked tour or charter is weather- or mechanical- cancelled or the tour operator otherwise must cancel, a refund will be provided. Trip planning fees are non-refundable.

Wedding Cancellation Policy: $500 wedding-save-the-date non-refundable.  Minimum of 50% forfeited if cancelled beyond 60 days prior to wedding - depending on planner investment in time/money for arranging and cancelling wedding and various orders, as well as any non-refundable special orders, and vendor cancellation policies if more stringent.  No refund if cancelled within 60 days prior to wedding.  Changes are a $50 per change per vendor, ie. if we change the time once set and I notify the driver, photographer, florist, tent rental company, etc. - then I have 4+ vendors to contact, thus 4 x $50.

Again, travel insurance is strongly suggested. It is widely available on the Internet.

• Fedroom Terms/Rates: Per Diem with GSA FedRoom terms 9/16 through 5/15 on
deluxe rooms set aside for fedroom rates (not last room availability). Excludes premium rooms.

Retail Rates: Premium: $525 per room, double occupancy, Deluxe: $425 per room, double occupancy, Condos: $325 per unit, double occupancy.
